Creating and setting upp organizations in Simployer One
In Simployer One it is possible to configure organizations to be able to structure and organize your employees on a higher level than Offices. This could be that you have employees employed in different companies but still work in the same office.
Adding a new organization
Navigate to Company - Company profile
Click Add new organization
Enter the information that correspond to your organisation, only organization is mandatory.
Organization : Mandatory field that will be the name of the organization as well as what will be visible when selecting it on the employees.
Description : Optional field to be able to add a description or information about the organization.
Address : Optional field to be able to add the address for the organization
Organization number : Optional field to add the organization number (SE: organisationsnummer).
Invoice address : Optional field to be able to store the invoice address for the organization.
Invoice email : Optional field to be able to store the invoice email of the organization.
Company VAT number
