How to set up Organizations

Creating and setting upp organizations in Simployer One


In Simployer One it is possible to configure organizations to be able to structure and organize your employees on a higher level than Offices. This could be that you have employees employed in different companies but still work in the same office. 

 

Adding a new organization

  1. Navigate to Company - Company profile 

  2. Click Add new organization

     

  3. Enter the information that correspond to your organisation, only organization is mandatory.

    1. Organization : Mandatory field that will be the name of the organization as well as what will be visible when selecting it on the employees.

    2. Description : Optional field to be able to add a description or information about the organization.

    3. Address : Optional field to be able to add the address for the organization

    4. Organization number : Optional field to add the organization number (SE: organisationsnummer).

    5. Invoice address : Optional field to be able to store the invoice address for the organization.

    6. Invoice email : Optional field to be able to store the invoice email of the organization.

    7. Company VAT number
