The following notifications occur automatically from the system:
When a case is registered, the following are notified:
- The case handler who is assigned the case.
- The user set for notifications for new cases on the specific unit.
When the case is being processed, the following are notified:
- The person who registered the case and has subscribed to the case.
When the case handler is changed, the following are notified:
- The previous case handler (unless they are the one making the change).
- The new case handler (unless they are the one making the change).
When a case exceeds the deadline, the following notifications are sent:
- Day 1 - 3: Case handler and user registered for deadline notifications.
- Day 4 and 5: Case handler, user registered for deadline notifications, and the main responsible person.
- Day 6 and beyond: Case handler, user registered for deadline notifications, main responsible person, and the superior case handler.
If the person who registered the case has requested to subscribe to it, they will receive notifications when the case handler makes changes, such as adding a comment or changing data, etc. When the case is closed, the subscriber will receive an email summarizing the case. Aside from these notifications, subscribers do not have access to the case.
