Reminders to complete your Timesheet

A rundown of when reminders about submitting your timesheet is sent

Remembering to fill out and submit timesheets is important! Therefore Simployer One sends reminders about this on a set interval.

The settings you set in a Timesheet policy is always in calendar days. So setting "Timesheet Cut-off time" to 2 days will either be a Tuesday or the 2nd of the following month.

Reminders to submit:

First reminder: Last workday before end date of reporting period
Second reminder: Day before cut off date
Third reminder: Morning of cut off date

We then remind you daily (if auto-submit has been turned off) or inform you the timesheet has been submitted (if auto-submit is on).

Examples

Weekly Timesheet, Cut-off set to 2 days (Tuesday following week)

First reminder: Friday of the week to be reported.
Second reminder: Monday week after
Third reminder:  Morning of Tuesday

Monthly Timesheet, Cut-off set to 2 days (2nd of the following month)

First reminder: Last working day of the month to be reported
Second reminder: 1st day of the month after
Third reminder: Morning of the 2nd day the month after

If you have the Slack app you can get reminders and notifications as a message in Slack. You control all your own notifications via the Notifications menu in Simployer One
