How e-signing a document in Simpoyer One works and how you find signed documents once you've signed them
If you're an Owner, Admin or a Manager that has been granted access to the feature you can read more about setting up a Signing process here.
If/when you have been asked to sign a document you will receive a notification via email. By following the link in the email you'll be taken to sign the document. This can be done either directly with your Simpoyer One account or by BankID (Sweden only) depending on what was chosen for you by your employer.
If you can't find the email then you can also go to Documents -> Signing processes to find it.

When a signing process is sent out for signing, it will be considered Sealed once all signers have submitted their signature. At this point, the document can be downloaded as a PDF, and it will appear under “My documents”/“Shared documents” depending on your role in the signing process.
