How to use the integration with QBIS

By integrating Simployer One with QBIS, you as a customer can free even more of your time by automating certain time consuming tasks. For example with this feature you can easily synchronize your employee data in Simployer One  to QBIS.

This means that when you add a new employee in Simployer One they will automatically also be added to QBIS as well. Same thing when you update an employee's profile.

Activate the integration

Note: To activate this integration you need to be an Owner in Simployer One and have an active license with QBIS.

  1. Sign into Simployer One and go to Settings > Access tokens.

  2. Name your Access token and add a description, e.g. QBIS / For QBIS integration, and click on Save.

  3. A popup with your access token should now appear on your screen. Copy that and email it to QBIS Helpdesk at helpdesk@qbis.se.

  4. QBIS will use your access token to set up and configure the integration from their end.

  5. QBIS will reach out when the integration is active and you should then be able to see it in your QBIS Connect Module on their end.
