Create a report

1. Report Details

In step two, where you give your report a name and a description, you can easily include archived colleagues (also known as off-boarded colleagues).

2. Customize a report

In step three you choose what data to put in the report. Every box checked is put in its own column in the Report created. If you want to know all fields available, click here!

3. Structure a report

In step four you can re-organize the columns in any way you want before the Report is created. In some instances the name of the column can be the same as another. The text (e.g. Personal) represent the component a data field belongs to.

4. Filter a report

When the report has been created you can filter out the people or leaves you want. Any and all columns can be used in the filter. If you apply filters these are saved so you don't need to re-do them every time.

5. Download a report
