How to resend an invitation link to a new Simployer One user


Here is a short guide on how to resend an invitation link manually, if the original invitation email is lost, blocked in spam, etc.


Find the employee in the Employee list (People -> Employees, status should also be Invite sent)


Or you could also search for that specific user in the top right search field if you know who you are looking for specifically.


Once you are on the profile page, hover over "Profile" in the top left corner with your mouse so that you get a drop-down menu.

Click on "Account".


I the top right corner you will now see two buttons that lets you handle an invitation that has been sent out previously.


Generate the invitation link if you wish to send it manually once again by clicking on the button and then click on the blue link to automatically copy it.


Now you can paste this and send manually in a custom email for example.


The receiver will then get to the welcome page as usual when using the generated link, to set up their new account through the onboarding.
