How to set and control who has access to specific reviews and review cycles

When creating a new review cycle you can set who should have access to seeing and editing the reviews. You can also set access to specific reviews within the cycle.

This feature is called Access rules.

All participants of a review has access to details of that review, setting Access rules is therefor meant to be used to control who else but the participants should be able to see and/or see and edit the review details and the cycle.

Setting access to a review cycle

When creating a new review cycle you'll come across this setting. Here you can select who will be able to see all reviews (including answers and notes) and edit the review cycle. The person creating the cycle will always be added to this by default.

Editing, removing or adding access to a review cycle

Changing access to a review is done via Actions -> Edit. This can only be done by a user that has been granted access in the first place!

Add, edit and remove access to a specific review in a cycle

If you don't want a person to have full access to a cycle but instead only access to a specific review, you can add, edit and remove this access via the details page of a specific review. Note: You can't remove access for the participants of the review.
