Based on tagged candidates in RecMan, we can extract personal data and enter it into Simployer.
Fields We Transfer
It is advisable to define the required information in RecMan.
Below is a list of required fields in Simployer along with recommendations.
Technical Description
The definition of a person being hired and ready to be transferred to Simployer is that the person is linked to an employee object in RecMan.
All candidates with an employee object that has been updated since the last run will be fetched from RecMan.
These individuals will be compared to people already transferred to Simployer.
Candidates who have not previously been transferred will be imported into Simployer under a predefined department – for example, a new subdepartment under HR named "New hires from RecMan".
