This is not a role that is manually assigned to users, but it automatically grants extended access to managers who have other managers reporting to them within the department structure.
In Simployer Classic, roles follow a hierarchical structure. This means that if you are the manager of a department with sub-departments, you automatically gain access to personnel information for employees in those sub-departments.
A superior manager receives extended access, including the ability to:
View and edit personal information
Read and manage employment and position details
Access the sick leave dashboard
View registered employee competencies
