What you can ask Simployer One AI Slackbot

Simployer One’ AI Slackbot chatbot uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze questions and generate personalized responses based on your role and permissions.

 

Although the bot is designed to thoroughly comprehend and address your inquiries, we'd like to emphasize a few aspects and limitations: 

 

  1. In order for Simployer One AI to answer any queries about handbooks, it is necessary to create a handbook first. Once a handbook exists, the bot will be able to provide relevant information if your inquiry matches information in your handbook.
  2. When communicating with Simployer One AI Slackbot about content of Handbooks, it's important to include one of the following keywords, "Handbook" or "Policy," to help the bot understand that you are seeking information from the handbook.
  3. Although Simployer One AI is a versatile tool, please note that it is not capable of displaying or updating all profile fields. There may be certain profile fields that are not accessible through the Slackbot yet. We are planning to expanding access to all relevant fields in profiles in the near future.
  4. At this time, the AI Slackbot is primarily designed to provide responses to individual queries and is not able to engage in conversations or handle follow-up questions.



Handbook queries 

Here are a few examples of how you can ask Simployer One AI Slackbot for information from your Handbook: 

  • "What is our policy for reimbursements?"
  • "What does our handbook say about remote work?"
  • "Do we have a dress code policy?"
  • "According to our handbook, am I allowed to bring my pet to the office?"
  • "What does our handbook say about workplace safety and emergency procedures?"
  • "Is there a policy in our handbook regarding social media usage?"
    "According to our handbook, what is the policy regarding time off and vacation?"

 

Keep in mind that Simployer One AI will not come up with information or generate answers unless there’s information in your handbook that matches the topic of the inquiry. 

 

Profile field queries
Here are a few examples of what you can ask Simployer One AI Slackbot to show and update: 

  • Profile: Show me my profile.
  • Birthday: When is [Name]'s birthday?
  • Address: What is [Name]'s address? Where does [Name] live?
  • Manager: Who is [Name]'s manager? Who does [Name] report to?
  • Title: What is [Name]'s title? What is [Name] working on?
  • Contact: What are [Name]'s contact details? Show me [Name]'s email.
  • Office: At what office is [Name] working? Where is [Name] working?
  • Salary: What does [Name] earn? Show me [Name]'s salary.
  • Employment: What is [Name]'s employment type? When is [Name]'s last day?
  • Salary: Update [Name]'s salary.
  • Manager: Change who [Name] reports to.
  • Employment: Update [Name]'s employment.
  • Title & Manager: Update [Name]'s title to Product Manager and that [Name] reports to [Manager's Name].
  • Office: Change [Name]'s office to Berlin.

 

Keep in mind that Simployer One AI Slackbot can only present fields that you have access to according to your permissions.
