Why can employees only be deactivated and not deleted?

It is possible to delete employees in Simployer. We recommend doing this through our Deletion Client. Here’s how:

1. First, deactivate the user.

2. Assign yourself the role of "Data Privacy Officer".

3. Go to Administration – User Management – Deletion of User Data.

4. Click Go to Privacy Client. Only deactivated users will appear here.

5. Check the box for the user you want to delete and click Delete all data.
