Access to policies is personalized through role-based access control, meaning employees only see content relevant to their role, department, location, or type of employment.
HR managers can edit existing content, create new articles, and format content using the built-in text editor. Even if you have Simployer’s pre-populated Handbooks, you must enable access for your organization, as all content packs are disabled by default when you first start using Simployer Handbooks.
