My Compensation and Salary Overview

The Compensation module consists of four menu options. Access to the different menu options is controlled by the user’s specific permissions.


My Compensation
This page is available to all users in Simployer, provided that they have an active position registered in Simployer (My Info – Employment), and that salary data is registered in the Compensation module.

My Compensation shows the employee an overview of their base salary and any benefits they may have. The sum of base salary and benefits makes up the total annual/monthly compensation that is displayed. Users can also view their salary history if this has been registered.



Salary Overview
The Salary Overview gives managers insight into their employees' base salary and total compensation, including benefits. The manager can navigate to a detailed page showing the specific benefits for each employee, as well as a graphical view of the salary development for each employee compared to the development within the department.

Salary information and benefits are registered by the compensation administrator. The compensation administrator has access to the salary overview for all employees across departments and companies.
