We have a new manager – what needs to be done in the Compensation module in Simployer Classic?

When you have a new manager, it's a good idea to check the settings to ensure they have the correct access.


Go to the Compensation Settings and check whether the manager is listed as the Payroll-Responsible Manager for the department.


If not, make the necessary changes. Remember to save the settings at the bottom of the page.

If the manager is already listed on that page, check in the upper right-hand corner to see whether the settings are confirmed.


If you see a yellow circle and the label Draft, scroll down and confirm the settings.
