Registration form

Modified on Mon, 29 Sep at 9:27 AM

When registering for a course, it is often necessary to collect various choices and preferences from the participant.
This is done by the administrator creating a questionnaire that the participant fills in during registration.

Example of what a registration form can look like:

How to create a registration form for a course session:

  1. Select a session in the course

  2. Click the Checklist tab and Open checklist

  3. Click Registration form

  4. Click Add section. The form must contain at least one section. Create more sections if you want to divide the form into different areas.

  5. Fill in Description, i.e. the section name

  6. Days before course start: specify how many days before the course start the questions in this section are available

  7. Teacher question: check this option if the section should only collect responses from teachers. This is useful if you want information from the teacher, e.g. how the classroom should be arranged or what equipment is needed.

  8. Include in checklist: this makes collected responses visible in the checklist, so you as an administrator can track status. If you deselect this option, the responses will not appear in the checklist. This may be used for participant information that should be stored in the system but does not affect your administrative work (e.g. personal details).

  9. Once you have created the necessary sections, add questions to them.
For the section you want to work with, click Add and then select the question type.

There are four question types to choose from, plus a text field Information for adding extra details.
