Quick Search
A shortcut to find various items in the portal is to use the quick search at the top menu.
Type a keyword in the search field and click on the result you want to open.
Then click Edit.

If you're not using the quick search, you can find the activity for editing by navigating to:
Admin > Learning > Activities
Filter My Activities
Tick the checkbox "Show only mine" to display the activities you have created yourself.
This also includes activities where you are assigned as administrator or instructor.
Filter by Status and Subject Area
Click on the statuses in the filter menu that you want to include in the search results.
Click again to remove a selected filter.
Search
To find an activity by name, type in the search field.
Click on a result that appears as you type to go directly to the editing view.
Or press Enter to see all courses matching your search.
Note: The search results also include matches in the activity’s Description, Goals, and the names of any submodules.
Sort Search Results
Choose a sorting method – your choice will be saved for future sessions.
Recently created: shows the most recently created at the top
Name: alphabetical order by activity name
Recently modified: most recently updated activities at the top
Unbooked in checklist: activities with the most unbooked items in the checklist appear first
Edit the Activity
Click the activity you want to work on.
All settings and changes available for an activity are described in the section CREATE NEW ACTIVITY.
Preview
When previewing a course, you see it from the participant’s perspective without being enrolled – allowing you to start e-learning and tests.
Any results are also saved, so you can check that the reporting works correctly.
In preview mode, you can also view activities that are in "Under Construction" status.
To preview an activity:
Hover over the activity you want to preview
Click Actions > Preview
You can also open the activity for editing and then click Preview.
Delete Activity
Important: Only delete an activity if you are certain it will not be needed in the future.
All statistics and information linked to the activity will be permanently deleted.
Instead of deleting, consider archiving the activity to preserve data.
To delete an activity:
Hover over the activity
Click Actions > Delete
After deletion, a message will appear at the top of the page with the option to undo.
If you do not undo, the activity is still available in the Trash
(Admin > Trash)
An activity restored from the trash will automatically get the status "Under Construction".
