Granular Admin Permissions

We have introduced more flexible Admin permissions so you can stay compliant and in control, while still enabling Admins to work efficiently and confidently.

1. Control Admin access to documents in the Profile folder

You can now decide whether Admins should have access to employee profile documents:

• At the company level - set the default for all Admins

• At the individual Admin level - fine tune access for specific Admins

The permissions page uses the same clear layout as Manager permissions, so it is easy to understand and configure.

What stays the same:

• Your current setup is preserved when this update is enabled - no Admins gain or lose access automatically.

• Admins keep access to any documents they already own in the Profile folder.

• Future changes to the default setting only affect new folders and documents in the Profile folder.

• Certificates in Profile folders are not affected - Admins will still be able to see these.

2. Granular Admin access for Custom Fields

You can now control which Admins can manage and edit custom fields:

• At the company level - define whether Admins can work with custom fields at all

• At the individual Admin level - decide which Admins should have this responsibility
