New Features and Enhancement
Time reporting got a new look and feel
We are excited to unveil our completely redesigned time reporting solution, a major milestone in delivering a more intuitive, efficient, and employee friendly experience. This release brings a refreshed UI and UX, an all new time bank with support for flexible leave, and significant improvements across both employee and manager workflows. These enhancements lay the foundation for a more streamlined way of tracking time, managing policies, and enabling better insights for organizations.
New wizard-flow for policy settings
We’ve introduced an entirely new wizard flow for setting up timesheet policies. The configuration process is now divided into four guided steps, making it easier to get started. You will now be able to select if employees should report on start+end time or total hours, enable time bank functionality and create a leave policy for flexible leaves.

Project scope management
Projects have been moved from the menu, and been placed as a tab under Settings → Time Reporting. Each project can now include a defined scope, ensuring that only employees within that scope can report time on the project in their timesheets.

Brand new report time page for the employee
Employees now have a completely redesigned report time page, consolidating previously scattered pages into one unified view. The overview contains new UI with statistics, clock in/out and a new view for reporting time that includes:
- report on start+end time or total hours
- scope based projects
- new comment module allowing for conversations between approver and employee on timesheets
- ability to add multiple projects during one day
- more accurate calculation of expected work hours when employees are on leave
The employee can also view their submitted timesheets, and if the time bank is enabled, they can see a monthly overview of their worked hours with the ability to drill down by week.

New time bank functionality and leave type for Flexible leave
Employees can now track plus/minus hours in a structured hour bank with a log of their worked hours compared with the expected working hours from their profile. A new Flexible Leave type allows employees to withdraw hours from their time bank as time off.

Improved manager view
We introduce a new manager view, designed to simplify timesheet approvals and time bank monitoring. The updated view offers a clear overview of timesheets awaiting review, employee time banks, and who is currently clocked in. The manager view also includes:
- Streamlined approval and rejection workflow
- Clear visibility into notes attached to timesheets, with the ability to respond directly
- Breakdown of each employee’s time bank for better oversight
