What is wage mapping?

Modified on Mon, 17 Nov at 12:25 PM

Wage mapping is a statutory obligation for employers who are required to report. These employers must map wages and account for this work at least every other year. The purpose is to identify whether there are systematic differences in how wages are determined for women and men within the organization.
