It is important to remember that the employer must not publish information about individual salaries when reporting wage differences.
If there are groups with fewer than five women or men, wage differences must not be reported in currency. Instead, the ratio between average male and female salaries can be used.
If there is more than one man and one woman in the group, wage differences may sometimes be reported in percentages, but this must be assessed case by case.
When there is only one man and one woman in the group, the employer must describe the differences more generally in words.
