Simployer Conversations is a modern, flexible tool for structured discussions between employees and reviewers, supporting performance reviews, growth conversations, 1:1 check-ins, and ad-hoc discussions. 

Unlike traditional review systems, Conversations are flexible, not tied to cycles, allowing managers (or other reviewers) to initiate conversations with any employee — not only direct reports. 


Both participants share the same discussion points for reflection and discussion, with each participant writing and submitting their own reflections independently without seeing the other's until both have submitted. Visibility opens only when both have submitted, ensuring independent preparation.


The tool promotes collaboration through comments, tasks, and an AI-powered summary, while administrators control templates and periods without restricting managers. Templates, periods, and summaries provide structure without forcing rigid cycles, and all steps — responses, comments, tasks, summary — become part of the conversation history, ensuring clear documentation
