Private Email Restriction

Modified on Mon, 9 Feb at 7:33 AM

Restrict users to logging in with work email addresses only.

When enabled, users can only log in using their work email address. Personal email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, etc.) will be blocked.

⚠️ Before enabling: Make sure all users have a work email set in their profile. Users without a work email will not be able to log in.

When to Use This

  • You want to ensure all users log in with company-managed email addresses
  • Your security policy requires corporate email authentication
  • You need better control over user accounts

How to Enable

  1. Go to Settings → Authentication Settings
  2. Toggle on "Disable Private Email Login"
  3. Click Save

Changes take effect immediately.

Checklist Before Enabling

All users have work email addresses set in their profiles
Users have been notified that they must use their work email
You've verified that no active users rely solely on personal email
