Bulk registration of vacation: You can now register vacation for many employees in a single operation. We built this for customers who close large parts of their organization during holidays. Read more about it here.
Restrictions in registration of self-declared sick leave: We added an option to restrict registration of self-declared sick leave.
Quota on leave types: You can now set a quota on absence types to limit the number of days an employee can use in a calendar year.
Report improvements: Based on customer feedback, we made several changes to various reports.
In the sick data report we added a column for the maximum date and an option to show only sick absences with a maximum date registered.
In the sick data report for person we added an option to group by month, which simplifies data requests for NAV.
The follow-up reports received a redesign and several bug fixes.
In the pick-list report we added the option to include user names and managers' email addresses.
Export Entire Organization Chart
Now you can export whole organization chart. It supports filtering.
Improved Handling of expiring employments
Employment expiration warnings can now be sent to people other than the employee's nearest leader. A new Employment Expiration Recipient role has been added, and a new system setting — Notification to additional role about expiration of employment — controls whether members of that role also receive the expiring-employment notification alongside the line manager.
