What colleague contact information is public in Simployer One?

Parts of every employee's profile in Simployer One are public to everyone in your organization. This makes sure you can always find a colleague's contact information when you need it.

The public part of a profile includes information such as:

• Name
• Work email address
• Work phone number

Only work-related contact details like these are shared this way — not personal or private information.

How do I find a colleague's phone number or email address in Simployer One?

Follow these steps to find a colleague's contact information in Simployer One:

1. Use Search at the top of the page (or press Ctrl + K) or go to Employees in the main menu. 
2. Search for your colleague by name or email address. In Employees, you can also search by employee number, or select Filter to narrow the list by, for example, department, team or office
3. Open your colleague's profile.

On the profile page, you will find information such as their name, role in the organization, department, manager, work email address, and work phone number.
