Who can see birthdays and anniversaries?
Employees without specific roles can see colleagues’ birthdays and anniversaries on the dashboard. This is based on the Birthday and age setting under System Settings → Person Access.
The employee’s immediate manager receives email notifications about birthdays and anniversaries based on the daily, weekly, or monthly notification settings under System Settings → General Settings. You cannot configure these notifications for administrators.
The Switchboard role provides access to birthdays, anniversaries, and other absences on the dashboard.
Get a complete overview of birthdays and anniversaries
Go to Reports → Employee Lists and generate the Birthdays and Anniversaries report.
