En trinnvis veiledning for å sette opp Fortnox-integrasjonen

Oversikt

Med denne Fortnox-integrasjonen kobler du Simployer One til din Fortnox-konto via API, og kan deretter gjøre følgende:

Manuell synkronisering av ansattdata som personopplysninger, ansettelsesdata og lønnsdata fra Simployer One til Fortnox.
Eksportere fraværsdata som sykdom, foreldrepermisjon og ferie til Fortnox.
Eksportere tilstedeværelsesdata som arbeidede timer på prosjekt til Fortnox.

Krav

Simployer One: Kun eiere i Simployer One kan konfigurere integrasjoner.
Fortnox: Du må ha en aktiv lisens hos Fortnox og en bruker med riktig autentisering/rettigheter i Fortnox for å kunne sette opp integrasjonen.

Konfigurasjon

Integrasjonen aktiveres via:
Innstillinger → Integrasjoner → Integrer med lønnssystem → Legg til integrasjon

Velg Fortnox, klikk Neste for å starte konfigurasjonsveiviseren.
Fyll inn all nødvendig informasjon for å koble systemene sammen.
Du blir nå sendt til Fortnox for å godkjenne integrasjonen mellom systemene. Følg instruksjonene i veiviseren og godkjenn at Simployer One skal ha tilgang til din Fortnox-konto via API.
Klikk på "Godkänn behörighet", og du blir returnert til Innstillinger → Integrasjoner i Simployer One.

Employee number	Anställnings-ID	When exporting a new employee from Simployer One to Fortnox we set the "Anställnings-ID"/"Employee ID" in Fortnox to be the same as employee number in Simployer. Note: You should never edit or change this value. When doing so Simployer One loses connection to Fortnox and will be unable to find who to update when exporting leaves or updates to the employee.

Nåværende begrensninger

Kostnadssted for ansatte eksporteres ikke til Fortnox
Stillingsprosent og arbeidstidsordning: Standard settes i Fortnox (som regel 100 %)
Feriedager / feriesaldo eksporteres ikke mellom systemene
Datolønn støttes foreløpig ikke

Eksport av fravær (time off) til Fortnox


Date	Leaves are sent day by day one date at a time	Leaves are only sent for days defined as working days.
Hours	Amount of hours of absence for that specific day
causeCode	What type of leave type defined in the settings
HolidayEntitling	True/False	Sent as true if the leave type deducts from vacation balance.
Extent	100	100 = one working day. If away for 4 hours and work week time = 8 for that day, then 50.

Eksport av tilstedeværelsesdata til Fortnox


Cause code	ARB or TID	Sent as ARB if employee is on an hourly salary. Otherwise sent as TID.
Date	Attendances are sent day by day one date at a time.
Hours	Amount of hours of attendance for that specific day.
project	Project code if defined.
