What is the baseline measurement?

Modified on Mon, 17 Feb at 11:46 AM

If you wish to get a starting point for your strengths and weaknesses as an organization, we recommend scheduling a Baseline measurement.
It is a traditional survey where all questions will be sent out to everyone in the recipient group and is a one-time scheduling.

How does it work?

Each of the 7 drivers that are part of &frankly's research-based engagement model, is represented by a total of 4 different questions - except for the driver Pride which also includes the eNPS question.

Once the model is activated it will send out all questions from all drivers at once - since it is 7 drivers in total, this means a total of 29 questions will be sent (including eNPS questions).

Please note: Since the baseline measurement will send out all questions, included in the engagement radar, at once it might require more time from each employee to answer.

How can I see which questions are sent?

You can view the questions included in the baseline measurement by signing into &frankly and going to Questions > Engagement > Radar. By clicking on each of the drivers you will see all the questions included.
