It is possible to create categories for storing documents within the organizational structure.
Please note that these documents will be visible to and accessible by all employees who belong to the department where the document is stored.
To create a category for the document archive in the organizational structure go to 'Administration --> Fixed Registers --> Document Categories.' Click on the + sign at the top and name the category, and select 'Units.'
Categories marked with 'Units' are available for departments, while those marked with 'Persons' are available on the personal card.
