Roles in Contracts

Those who are to perform tasks in the agreement module must have additional roles. You assign these roles to the employee under settings and roles on the employee's profile.


In the agreement module, we have the following roles, and you must assign them to those who require them.


It is important that the role is assigned at the lowest levels of the organizational structure to ensure that they do not have access to more information than what pertains to their own departments.


Contract template administrator:

  • Can create and edit agreement templates.


Contract administrator:

  • Create and manage agreements.
  • Read and download agreements.
  • Receives notifications when agreements are approved and signed.


Contract approver:

  • Approve and send agreements for signing.
  • Edit signing details.
  • View and download agreements.
  • Receives notifications when an agreement is sent for approval and when it is signed.


COntract signee:

  • Sign agreements.
  • View and download agreements.
  • Receives notifications when an agreement is sent and when the agreement has been signed by all parties.


Payroll employee:

  • Receives notifications when an agreement is signed and can view it.
