Inviting an employee to Simployer One without the onboarding setup
In some instances, you might want to create new employee profiles and invite them to Simployer One but skip the whole onboarding setup for them. You can follow our guide here below to see how.
Head over to People > Onboard colleague.
Enter the email of the employee which the invite should be sent to (our recommendation is to use their private email, especially if they won't have their work email activated until later on).
Select an onboarding template to use for this new employee and proceed to the next step.
From here you can choose to either complete the full setup if you want to (data fields, workflows etc.) and choose "Continue later" on the last step or go back to Simployer One straight away (X-button on top left corner or going back on your browser).
From here, mark the person you want to invite and choose "Send invite email" from the blue Action drop-down.
The employee will now only receive an email with their activation link to Simployer One and not go through your full onboarding setup.
