How to revoke an invitation email to Simployer One
In case an invitation email to Simployer One has been lost in an employee's email inbox, or maybe sent out to early, you can always revoke that invitation as long as the account has not yet been activated by that user.
To revoke an invite:
- Find the colleague
- using the search feature in the top of the menu bar or
- through the Employees list
- using the search feature in the top of the menu bar or
- Select the relevant profile
- Navigate to the "Account" tab
- You should see the "Revoke invite" button
- Owners can revoke the invite for any employee
- Admins can revoke the invite for those employees they have initially invited - they cannot revoke invites that have been sent by other admins or owners
- Owners can revoke the invite for any employee
If you wish to send out another invite again, you will find that colleague under "New hires" again, and there you can resume the onboarding from scratch so that they get a new invitation to their email.
