All you need to know about the newexport page for Time offs
Overview
The Export time off page allows for granular decisions of what data should be exported for what employees and for what period.
You can find the new page from Manage time → Export time off
Options
Time Periods
You can choose the time period of where you want to show the absences for:
- Week
- Month
- Custom
- Choose a custom to and from date
Note: Time off will only be exported for the selected time period, so even if the time off export starts before and/or ends after the selected period only the selected periods data will be exported.
Employees
You can filter the absences based on the employees on their existing scope(s):
- Teams
- Departments
- Offices
- Employment types
- Organizations
- Specific employees
Table view
In the table view you will see the selected employees and their leaves during the chosen time period. You can then decide to select a few of them all all of them with using the checkboxes on the left.
- Name of the leave type.
- Dates for the export that will be in the file.
- The name of the employee.
- How many working days that the dates for export covers.
- The note from the leave request
Export
When at-least one employee/leave is selected you are able to export that leave to a system of your choice.

Choose the file format that you want and then click export. A banner will be shown while the file is exported stating "We are currently exporting your files" and after finsihed download it will show "Payroll report successfully downloaded!".
