Absence (time off) integration with Kleer (PE accounting)

Information of how the integration to Kleer works in regards of exporting absence (time off)from Simployer One.

To use this function you need to have an active integration towards Kleer, read more here.

Requirements

Only owners can initiate the exporting of absences (time off).
Only employees that has been imported or exported and are now "linked" between the two systems can have their absences exported using the integration.

Export view

Navigate to Manage time → Time off - Overview and select Export mode in the Select-mode dropdown. You will then be presented with three tabs and a setting option.

New - Absences that have not been exported

Exported - Absences that has been exported

All - All of the above

Settings

By default Vacation, Parental leave, Sick leave, Off duty and Care of a sick child is matched to corresponding leaves Kleer. To add more leave types, press Settings and match a leave type in Simployer One to a leave type in Kleer.

NOTE! Only leaves that have been set up in Settings are exportable

Export absence(s) to Kleer

To export one or more absences, use the checkboxes and press Export when you are done.

You will be presented with a progress indicator and a success message when all selected absences are exported

The exported absences will now be visible in the Exported and/or All tab.

NOTE! Absences revoked in Simployer One must also be manually revoked in Kleer (PE accounting)
