Welcome to Analytics

Analytics is a powerful tool for understanding the key metrics within your organization, providing owners with visibility into workforce trends and dynamics. It offers an overview page with customizable widgets to track essential KPIs like total headcount, joiners and leavers, FTE percentage etc. Fixed widgets are always available, presenting data points on the current active workforce, workforce distribution by demographics, and employment rate details. Users can create up to 15 custom widgets per page, organizing data by factors like departments, offices, and employment types.

Additionally, the AI bot allows users to query insights directly, delivering specific data on headcount, tenure, and turnover for the last six months. This structure allows for decision-makers to stay informed and act on comprehensive, real-time analytics across the organization.
