Delete Client (GDPR)

The Delete Client is a feature we have in Simployer. It is used to delete and anonymize data when employees have been deactivated. To use the Delete Client, you must have the role of Data Privacy Officer. We recommend that only a few employees have this role. Ideally, 1–2 people from HR should hold it.


You can find the delete client in the menu on the left side: Administration -> User Management -> Deletion of user data.
