Simployer Sick Leave Follow-Up – Notifications Sent to the Wrong Manager
If notifications regarding sick leave follow-up are sent to the wrong manager, it may be because changes have been made to the organizational structure without updating the sick leave follow-up assignments.
You can correct this manually for an active follow-up by clicking the circle with three dots at the top and selecting Transfer responsibility.
To automate the transfer of sick leave follow-ups when a manager change occurs, you can activate a setting in the system:
System settings → Sick leave → Other sick leave settings → “Automatically transfer open sick leave cases to the new manager when the nearest manager is changed.”
Please note that this setting is not retroactive. It will only apply from the moment it is activated and will take effect the next time a nearest manager is changed.
