Template: Survey

Used for standalone surveys, e.g., evaluations, employee surveys, or other exploratory surveys not directly linked to a course or training. This template can only be used for surveys created in Netcompetence Talent Portal’s own survey system. If you want to use a survey to evaluate a course, you should use the Learning Program template and add both the course and the survey within it.

To add a survey:

1. Start by building a survey with questions in the survey module (see the guide “Building Surveys in Netcompetence Talent Portal”)

2. Go to Administer > Learning > Activities

3. Click Create New

4. Select the template Survey

5. Then select the previously created survey resource
   

6. Fill in the survey information
