To make it easier for participants to find activities in the catalog, all activities must be linked to a number of categorizations (or filters). Which and how many these are may look different in your portal.
The category choices you make for your activity will automatically become filtering options for the participant in the catalog. Categories that do not contain any activities will not appear in the catalog.
To select the activity’s filtering
- Click Select for the categorization you want to choose.
- Check one or more categories. In cases where subcategories are used, you do not need to check both the subcategory and the parent category.
- Click OK.
- Save the activity.
If a category is missing, you can add it by clicking the Edit subject areas button.
