Time zone for times in messages

This option controls which time zone the system uses for time indications in messages sent from the course.

The course times will always be displayed in the portal according to the user’s time zone, i.e., adjusted to the time zone where the person is located.
However, since the content of a message cannot adapt to the recipient’s current time zone, you need to decide which time zone will apply to the message.
