What does whitelisting Simployer One emails do? 

Before inviting employees to Simployer One, ask your IT administrator to allow emails from Simployer. This helps prevent invitation emails and other system emails from being delivered to spam or blocked by your email security system. 

Important 

Whitelisting is usually performed by your IT department, system administrator, or email/security administrator. 

What email addresses and domains should I allow? 

Allow the following sender: 

• Email address: noreply@simployer.com 
• Recommended domain: @simployer.com 

Tip

Allowing the entire @simployer.com domain helps prevent future delivery issues. 

What IP addresses should I allow? 

• 185.189.236.191 
• 185.189.236.192 
• 185.189.236.193 

How do I configure Microsoft 365? 

Use Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Protection (EOP) mail flow rules or safe sender lists. Microsoft recommends using mail flow rules when you need multiple conditions. A combination of sender address, domain, and IP address provides a secure configuration. 

How do I configure Google Workspace? 

Configure your Google Workspace email security settings to allow messages from noreply@simployer.com or the @simployer.com domain. If possible, also allow the Simployer IP addresses listed above. 

How do I test that whitelisting works? 

1. Ask an Owner or Admin to send a Simployer One invitation to a test user. 
2. Confirm the email is delivered to the Inbox instead of the spam or junk folder. 
3. If the message is still blocked, ask your IT administrator to review the email security logs and confirm that the sender, domain, and IP address are allowed.
