How do I manage my notification preferences in Simployer One?
What are notification preferences?
Notification preferences let you decide which notifications you receive and where you receive them.
Notification preferences are personal. Changing your notification preferences only affects your own user account. It does not change notification settings for other users in your organization.
By default, all available email notifications are enabled for every user.
How do I manage my notification preferences?
- Click on your profile up in the right corner.
- A drop down list should appear.
- Select "Notifications".
- Find the notification you want to change.
- Choose how you want to receive the notification: **Email**, **Slack**, **Microsoft Teams**, or **Push notification**.
- Enable or disable the notification for each channel as needed.
Note
Your changes are saved automatically. The available notification channels depend on your organization's configuration, so some channels may not be available.
Which notifications can I manage?
Notification preferences are grouped by feature. Available categories include:
- Time off
- Sick leave
- Reviews
- Workflows
- Timesheets
- Checklists
- Account
- Conversations
- Other notifications
Important
New notification types may be added as Simployer One evolves. The Notifications page always displays the notification types available for your environment.
