How do I use Time off overview in Simployer One?
Time off overview provides managers and administrators with a central place to monitor employee leave, review leave information, and access leave management features.
Go to: Manage time → Time off – Overview
The information and actions available depend on your role.
What is the difference between the Administrator and Manager views?
- Administrator – provides an organization-wide overview of employee leave.
- Manager – displays employees you manage and any leave requests that require your attention.
Note
If you do not see the Manager tab, you do not currently have any employees assigned to you as direct reports.

- View employee leave across the organization.
- Register leave on behalf of an employee.
- Revoke existing leave.
- Open employee leave requests.
Use Select mode to choose what you want to manage:

- Gantt – displays employee leave on a timeline, making it easier to identify overlapping absences.
- Time off balances – displays employees' remaining and used leave balances.
In Time off balances, select a leave type to view the corresponding balances. Select Export to download the currently displayed information.
Note
The information available in Time off overview depends on your role, permissions, and the time off policies assigned to employees.
