Roles in Processes
| Role | Access and permissions |
|---|---|
| Process administrator | Can start processes. Has full access to process templates and all individual processes, including notes and documentation. |
| Process coordinator | Can start processes. Has access to all individual processes, but not to notes or documentation. Has access to process templates but cannot update them. |
| Process starter | Can start processes for themselves and others. Can edit, delete, and mark processes they have started as complete. Has access to the processes they have started, excluding sensitive information. |
| Process owner | The person who creates a process. If another person is assigned responsibility for the process, the process owner retains access to the process, but not to notes or documentation. |
| Process manager | Responsible for the process. Has access to the entire process and its associated tasks. Can create and cancel processes. |
| Task assignee | Responsible for a task in a process. Has access only to the task unless a setting provides access to the entire process. Must be a Simployer user. Can be assigned new tasks in a process. |
