Should participants, despite default and custom reminders, not complete their reviews in time, then you can extend the review cycle to allow more time for the completion. You can find more information in this article.
Cycle Completion Rate
We track the completion for each step and for a review as a whole.
A review is considered completed and visible in the Cycle progress bar if all steps have been completed for a review
Example: Our review has 2 reviews and each review has 3 steps.
Review 1: Felicia & Erik have completed all steps
Review 2: Erik & Erik have 2 outstanding steps
50% of all included reviews in this review cycle have been completed.
