Viewing employee leave statistics in Simployer One

Simployer One provides a clear overview of an employee’s leave usage through the Leave Statistics section. This is especially useful for tracking usage of leave types with allowances, such as Self-Certified Sick Leave or Parental Leave. 

How to access leave statistics 

  1. Navigate to the relevant Employee Profile. 
  2. Select the Time Off tab from the profile menu. 
  3. Open the Statistics tab. 

This view displays the employee’s leave statistics for the current period, including: 

  • Number of days used 
  • Number of leave periods registered 
  • Specific usage per leave type 

When to use this feature 

This functionality is valuable for: 

  • Employees checking how much leave they have used 
  • Managers reviewing leave history to ensure compliance with allowance policies 
  • HR tracking absence patterns or preparing for audits 


By using the Statistics tab, both employees and managers gain quick access to up-to-date and detailed leave data, helping ensure accurate and transparent leave management.
