Module as a training sub-activity

Modified on Fri, 19 Sep at 1:32 PM

The Module activity template is not really an activity, but is used to group several other activities into a module. The template functions like a folder. Use modules to create a clearer structure of the content.

The only information you need to provide for a module is Name and Status.

If you have already created activities without placing them in a module, you can move them into the module afterward by:

  1. Select the activity you want to move

  2. Click Cut

  3. Select the module you want to move it to

  4. Click Paste

You can move activities between modules in the same way.

Extra tasks (optional) as a training sub-activity

The activity template ”Extra tasks (optional)” works almost the same way as Module, with the difference that the content in Extra tasks does not have to be completed for the participant to be marked as finished with the entire training program. Here, you can include optional course materials, extra assignments, or course evaluations if they are not required to pass the entire course.
