Personal user vs reading link
If you do not have access to edit a manual and have had it previously, you need to check how you are logged into the manual.
You can do this by clicking on the square in the upper left corner and checking if your name appears there.
If it does not, it may be that you are logged in via a reading link or an account without editing permissions. Choose Log out and log in with the correct user who has editing role.
