At a minimum, the employer must report on:
The number of women and men in the organization
The proportion of women and men working part-time
The proportion of women and men in temporary positions
The use of parental leave, broken down by women and men
In addition, at least every other year, the employer must report on the results of wage mapping and the mapping of involuntary part-time work.
