What does it mean to report on the actual state of gender equality?

Modified on Mon, 17 Nov at 12:32 PM

At a minimum, the employer must report on:

  • The number of women and men in the organization

  • The proportion of women and men working part-time

  • The proportion of women and men in temporary positions

  • The use of parental leave, broken down by women and men

In addition, at least every other year, the employer must report on the results of wage mapping and the mapping of involuntary part-time work.
