The search
Navigate to Competence --> Search in competence in the left menu
Use this section to search for employees who have one or more specific competencies.
The search uses AND logic, which means an employee must have all of the selected competencies to appear in the results.
- If you search for one competency, all employees with that competency will be displayed.
- If you add a second competency, only employees who have both competencies will be shown.
- If you continue adding competencies, the search becomes more specific, and fewer employees are likely to match all of the selected criteria.
Example:
- Search for First Aid → Displays all employees with First Aid.
- Search for First Aid + Forklift License → Displays only employees who have both First Aid and a Forklift License.
Checklist function
The Checklist panel, located on the right side of the search page, allows you to create a temporary list of employees from your search results.
To add an employee to the checklist, click the + icon next to their name in the search results.
Once you have added all the employees you need, you can generate a report containing only the employees in the checklist.
Tip: The checklist is useful when you want to create a report for a selected group of employees rather than everyone returned by the search.
Important: Before generating the report, make sure you have selected the correct department on the report page.
If your checklist contains employees from multiple departments, you should select the top-level unit in your organization structure. This ensures that all selected employees are included in the report.
If an incorrect department is selected, the report cannot be generated, and an error message will be displayed.
